Thank you for choosing to join us for this 6 week journey and congratulations on taking the first step in prioritizing YOU!

This is going to be a time of growth, discovery, moving forward, development and best of all... lightness ✨✨✨

I am here to support you every step of the way.

And I bet you the other women in this community will be just as willing (insert emoji with two pink little hearts).


Five to six days each week you will receive an email straight to your inbox.  

This will highlight what we are focusing on for the day, offer you encouragement and suggest a challenge or invitation to help you go deeper.


Within each email will be a video (I promise you no video will be over 10 minutes :) ).

Some emails will have a worksheet (these should take 5 - 10 minutes max).

Also included:

  • Weekly live calls

  • Membership to my private FB community

  • Weekly private email communication (So we can focus on your personal journey)

  • Loads of community support
